Validity of General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all services offered by Simsimply ltd referred to herein as SIMSimply. These Terms are available on our website at [www.simsimply.com].

Only explicit written agreements can modify these Terms and Conditions.

Description of Services

    • eSIM Reselling

SIMSimply resells prepaid eSIMs. Customers can register and purchase eSIMs on the SIMSimply website and/or app. We process payments through services such as PayPal (paypal.com) and Stripe (stripe.com), utilizing a virtual credit card imprint.

    • Registration for Using SIMSimply Services

Customers must accept these General Terms and Conditions to use SIMSimply’s services. Registration requires providing personal information such as first name, last name, billing address, and email address through our website/app or via our service providers.

    • SIMSimply Commitments

SIMSimply endeavors to provide high-quality service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or fault-free service.

    • Customer Commitments

Customers must not use the services for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, or in any way that may impair network functionality.

Breaches may result in service suspension, during which all charges remain due.

    • Device Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring their devices are eSIM compatible and network unlocked. An eSIM compatibility list is provided at checkout, which is subject to updates.

Contract Terms

Service contracts start upon order completion via the SIMSimply website or app. Contracts terminate if the customer has no active data packages or deletes the eSIM.

Charges and Payment

    • Payment Conditions

Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay,. Transactions are processed in USD.

    • Charges for Use

All prices include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Customers cannot offset their charges against claims unless these are undisputed or legally confirmed.

Delivery

Purchased eSIMs appear under “My eSIMs” on our site/app immediately after purchase, with installation information available on the user’s account.

Refund, Cancellation, and Modification Policy

Customers can request refunds or replacements within 30 days if technical issues on SIMSImply side prevent eSIM installation or activation.

Refund and Cancellation Details
    • Customers must cooperate during troubleshooting to qualify for a refund.
    • No refunds for unused data after the validity period expires.
    • Fraudulent or unauthorized purchase claims will be thoroughly investigated before any refund decision
    • No refund or remuneration of any kind will be issued due to charges from alternate phones, alternate SIM cards, alternate providers, hotel phones, or other charges that are not directly linked to the Customer’s SIMSimply eSIM account. (See section 7. LIABILITY AND WARRANTY in our Terms and Conditions)
    • Unauthorized purchases: The case will be subject to investigation and approval before processing any refund. SIMSimply reserves the right to suspend any account associated with fraudulent activity.
    • Accidental purchases: Once Customers install the eSIM, it will be considered used. No refunds will be offered.
    • Incorrect charges: If the Customer reasonably and in good faith disputes an invoice or part of it, the Customer shall notify SIMSimply of such a dispute within twelve (12) days of receipt of the invoice, providing details of why the invoiced amount is incorrect and, if possible, how much the Customer considers due. (See details in section 4.2 CHARGES FOR USE under Terms and Conditions)
    • Other Reasons: If the refund request is not within the above, we will investigate the request on a case-by-case basis. If the refund is approved, a processing fee may apply. The maximum refund of credit a Customer can apply for must be equal to or less than the total amount they paid.
Modifications

Once purchased, eSIM data packages cannot be modified or customized.

Refund process

To request a refund, contact SIMSIMply’s support team via the Contact Us page or send a message to support@simsimply.com. Please be aware that our refund policy above will apply.

Depending on the nature of the issue, Customers will be asked for further information to support their refund request, such as screenshots of the device settings for technical issues or details of why the invoiced amount is incorrect and, if possible, how much the Customer considers is due, etc.

Please refer to section 6.1. in this same document for refunds related to technical issues.

Customers will have the option to credit back via their original payment method issued to their account.

Refund to the original method: Once a refund is approved and issued, it can take up to thirty (30) business days to appear on a statement depending on the bank.

Liability and Warranty

SIMSimply is not liable for service interruptions or availability issues. No guarantees on constant network service are provided.
