Can I keep my original number?
Yes. The eSIM is data-only, so you can keep your original physical SIM or another eSIM active for calls and texts.
If your phone supports dual SIM, your original number remains active for calls, SMS, and apps like WhatsApp.
Does the data reset every month?
Yes. Your data allowance resets monthly on the same day each month for 12 months.
Example: If you purchase a 5GB plan on January 15, your data resets to 5GB on February 15, March 15, and so on for the full year.
What is an annual data pass?
An annual data pass provides a set amount of data each month over a 12-month period, starting from the purchase date.
It’s a one-time payment with no monthly bills. Available plans include 2GB, 3GB and 5GB per month.
What is the refund policy?
You can cancel your plan and receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the plan has not been activated.

When does my 12-month period start?
Your 12-month period begins on the date of purchase.
