Sometimes while using an eSIM you will receive SMS messages in a foreign language from unknown numbers.
Don’t worry, this is normal.
I received a message and my eSIM stopped working
If you receive a message at the same time as your eSIM stops working, it could be a message letting you know that your data has run out.
If you don’t think you’ve used all your data, check your current data period in your phone’s settings. If your eSIM plan seems to have run out early, let us know via our webchat or email us at support@SIMsimply.com.
